Everything Is Under Control Demo is a bite-sized physics puzzler built from three game-jam ingredients: Plug Hole, Ball, and Error. The page promises mouse-only, one-button play and a session measured in minutes; the title promises that the machinery will be perfectly calm about all of this.
What is Everything Is Under Control Demo?
The project page gives away only three ingredients, which is part of the fun: a plug hole, a ball, and an error. Galleon Interactive folded that odd little shopping list into a short physics-puzzle demo controlled with the mouse and a single button. It was made for the October 2024 Three Thing Game weekend, where teams had to turn three random words into a working game before judging began. The finished demo placed second in the jam's small People's Choice table. Expect a compact experiment rather than a sprawling puzzle box, with the physics doing most of the talking and the deadpan title standing nearby with a clipboard.
What you can do there
- Solve short physics puzzles
- Use a one-button mouse input
- Interpret the jam ingredients Plug Hole, Ball, and Error
Why we picked it
Three-word jam prompts are creative constraints in their purest form, and this one has a particularly good collision of the mundane, the physical, and the broken. A one-button interface keeps attention on the system's reactions, while the very short runtime makes it an easy curiosity to sample.
How to get the most from it
Choose Run game and use the mouse as the page directs; the project is labeled for one-button play. Watch how the scene responds before making the next input, since the physical reaction is the available clue. The page calls it a few-minute demo, so approach it as a small chain of ideas rather than a full-length campaign.
Good to know
This is an in-development Godot demo from an October 2024 weekend jam, with a Windows download alongside the browser build. One player explicitly called it unpolished while still praising the mechanics, and the team said it planned improvements; no later update was found. Exact puzzle behavior, audio, touch support, accessibility details, and the ending were not independently exercised. The itch page permits framing only within itch.io, so it belongs in Site Stumble's directory rather than the framed Stumble pool.
