Funny & Pointless

The Elevator Pitch

Pitch first, question the product after the elevator doors open.

You get ten seconds to sell an idea to a CEO while corporate logic races the clock. This Spanish-language browser puzzle turns startup jargon and game-industry clichés into a compact mouse-driven comedy of persuasion.

What is The Elevator Pitch?

The premise folds an elevator pitch into an actual countdown. You play an aggressively creative hopeful trying to make an idea sound fundable before ten seconds disappear, with quick decisions carrying the joke. Built in Unity for a small 2025 game jam, it treats polished business language as puzzle material and keeps the setup deliberately brief. The result is a tiny boardroom pressure cooker: part logic challenge, part affectionate jab at the software and game industries, and exactly the sort of browser oddity that makes a lunch break feel strangely entrepreneurial.

What you can do there

  • Make rapid pitch decisions before the ten-second deadline

Why we picked it

The ten-second deadline is more than a theme; it gives the title, premise, and decision pressure the same clean punch line. Few puzzle pages can explain their whole comic engine before you finish reading the button label.

How to get the most from it

Choose Run Pitch and keep your mouse ready for a fast decision. Expect Spanish text and a short clock; a first attempt can be useful for learning the rhythm before trying to make a more convincing case.

Good to know

The current release is HTML5, listed as mouse-only and Spanish-only. Audio, motion, saving, accessibility, and browser compatibility are undocumented, and the itch page includes an optional support link.
