What is Slipways Classic?

Slipways Classic skips the usual ceremonial weight of a space strategy game and heads straight for the satisfying part: arranging a network that actually works. You find worlds, decide what they should produce, and connect their needs and outputs with routes that turn a scattered map into something much more ambitious. The decisions stay compact but keep tugging at one another. A tempting planet can be useless without the right neighbor. A sensible link can block a better route later. A carefully placed improvement can rescue an awkward corner of the map. It has the pleasure of a factory diagram, a rail map, and a star chart all folded into a short run. The PICO-8 presentation keeps the eye on the network rather than the spectacle.
