A roaming node factory where every connection feeds the next absurdly large number

[graph_harvest] turns an incremental game into a sprawling node editor. Harvest shapes, route them through arithmetic machinery, and keep dragging the whole contraption toward fresh resources. The opening is deliberately light on direction, but the reward is a factory that feels assembled rather than merely upgraded.

What is [graph_harvest]?

The field begins as raw geometry and gradually disappears under a portable production diagram. Harvesters pull in nearby shapes; connectors carry the output through converters, multipliers, power functions, and eventually the machinery needed to satisfy a victory node. Because the supply around each harvester runs dry, optimization includes physically moving chunks of the graph instead of leaving one perfect layout humming forever. That roaming requirement is both the clever twist and the likely source of fatigue. Box selection and quick-connect gestures help, yet player reports consistently flag the early circle milestone and repeated node movement as the rough edges. Once the system clicks, the game becomes a pleasing argument between tidy graph design and gloriously untidy numbers.

What you can do there

  • Wire nodes into resource-processing chains
  • Move harvesters across a consumable field of shapes
  • Buy stronger operations and chase a victory node

Why we picked it

Most incremental games hide their production chain behind rows of buttons. This one spreads the machinery across the playfield and makes the wiring itself the toy. Its seventh-place originality result in a 191-entry jam fits the evidence: the node-editor interface is not decoration, but the entire shape of the challenge.

How to get the most from it

Read the compact controls guide before the graph grows. Aim first for a circle, since the creator identifies that as the opening milestone, then arrange operations in an add-multiply-power order. Use box selection and quick-connect early; waiting until the factory sprawls makes every relocation fussier.

Good to know

The browser build is free and lists keyboard and mouse input, with Windows, macOS, and Linux downloads also available. A run is pitched at 30 to 60 minutes or longer. Audio develops with progression. The creator documents autosaves and backup loading, but also warns that WebGL freezes and oversized late-game saves can trouble the browser build. Site Stumble cannot embed this page because its frame policy allows only itch.io.
